Required:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial banking, SBA lending, or small business finance.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and building client relationships.
- Deep knowledge of the small business financing landscape and commercial lending.
- Expert-level communication skills to explain complex financing.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
Preferred:
- Track record of closing complex deals with challenging credit profiles.
- Background in business development, underwriting, or closing.
- SBA lending certifications or specialized training.
- Established relationships with referral partners.
