About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years recent documentation/funding experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or a financial institution
- Minimum 2 years basic computer experience (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain high levels of performance in stressful situations
- Strong knowledge of federal/state regulatory policies and procedures (TRID experience required)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Loan Origination systems
- Experience in LaserPro
