About the Role

As a Loan Officer, you will originate and close residential mortgage loans (FHA, VA, and Conventional) while building and maintaining strong relationships with realtors, builders, and other referral sources. You will develop a personal marketing strategy, meet monthly production goals, consult with customers on financial needs, and provide feedback on product offerings. The position requires regular travel to meet referral partners and customers, contributing to a collaborative sales environment.

About You

Required:

Mortgage lending sales experience with strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining referral-based business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and mortgage banking software.
Valid driver's license required.
