About the Role
As a Loan Operations Reporting Specialist II, you will be responsible for completing daily/monthly reconciliations for general ledger accounts, preparing and posting journal entries, submitting reconciliations to Finance, investigating discrepancies, and assisting with ad-hoc projects. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls while delivering timely financial information.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years experience performing general ledger reconciliations.
- Ability to identify and clearly communicate issues, causes, and recommendations.
- Understanding of banking loan operations, products, services, and systems.
- Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented, accurate, and self-motivated.
- Proven ability to solve complex issues and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Discipline to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaboratively manage competing demands and priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience with FIS Horizon and Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
- Willingness to accept added duties and responsibilities as required by management.
