About the Role
As a Loan Processing Representative, you will be responsible for indexing and reviewing scanned loan files, preparing re-disclosure loan estimates, processing new installment loans, assisting Loan Underwriters with closing preparations, and compiling various reports. You will also handle loan application processing, prepare letters and forms, and ensure all mortgage modifications are accurately inputted into the system.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in related positions.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree in a related field of study.
- Completion of the Principles of Banking course within the first three years of employment.
