About the Role
As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and resolving missing or misapplied loan payments, processing loan payment reversals and adjustments, preparing and issuing payoff letters, and responding to customer inquiries. You will also support lenders in resolving customer complaints, maintain payment schedules, and manage ACH/AFT payment records.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant loan servicing or banking experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, peers, and management
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
- Working knowledge of federal banking regulations
