About the Role
As a Loan Setup Analyst, you will enforce Lock Desk policy, assist internal partners with loan re-disclosure and case number transfers, work assigned pipelines for quick file movement, contact FHA and VA for underwriting conditions, monitor shared email inboxes, ensure accuracy of fees for disclosures, review compliance accuracy, and scrub loans that fail automation.
About You
Required:
- A four-year college business degree or other related field.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working under a high level of confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
