- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Supply Chain and Purchasing.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced/expert Excel skills.
- Experience in managing KPIs and coaching teams.
- Familiarity with material management and production capacity management.
