About the Role
As a Localization and Internationalization Manager, you will be responsible for driving nomenclature standardization, managing the translation and localization lifecycle for technical artifacts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet safety-critical and regulatory needs. You will ensure the quality and integrity of translated content while setting the roadmap for global expansion.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in localization, internationalization, or technical project management within complex operational or fleet environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume documentation portfolios across multiple regions.
- Expert knowledge of localization tools and methodologies.
Preferred:
- Advanced understanding of Internationalization vs. Localization principles.
- Experience in workflow optimization and process excellence.
- Familiarity with safety-critical operations.
