About the Role
As a Lock Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for locking loans under Builder Forward commitments, responding to requests from production staff, maintaining forward commitment data, and assisting branches with loan moves and blends. You will also handle special projects for the Forward Admin Team and perform Builder Forward Invoice Reconciliation.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with separate loan programs & pricing.
- Previous experience in Lock/Commitment Desk area.
- Demonstrated judgment and decision-making ability.
- Excellent PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
