About the Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining records, communicating with suppliers and carriers, and ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes. Your daily tasks will include monitoring supply chain operations, processing orders and shipping documents, liaising with freight carriers, maintaining inventory records, preparing logistics performance reports, optimizing transportation procedures, supporting customs clearance, and handling administrative tasks.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with international shipping and Incoterms.
- Experience with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
