About the Role
As a Logistics Director, you will oversee inbound and outbound transportation operations, optimize carrier networks, and ensure alignment with production schedules. You will collaborate with procurement, production planning, and distribution teams to drive efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives across the transportation network.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) and 10+ years of transportation or logistics leadership experience in manufacturing and distribution environments.
- OR an advanced degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) and 7+ years of transportation or logistics leadership experience in manufacturing and distribution environments.
Preferred:
- 10+ years experience in transportation leadership in medical device manufacturing or distribution.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international transportation regulations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate carrier contracts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
