About the Role
As a Logistics Lead, you will manage inventory integrity, analyze sales trends for product replenishment, and partner with merchandising and sales teams. You will also monitor order lifecycles, serve as an escalation point for fulfillment issues, and act as a subject matter expert for inventory management systems. Additionally, you will lead process improvements and develop standard operating procedures.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or retail logistics operations.
- Experience working in retail environments supporting store-level supply chain operations.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience across Sales, Merchandising, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and large dataset analysis.
Preferred:
- Experience working with ERP and inventory management systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate operational requirements into technical specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced retail environments.
