- 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation management.
- Strong understanding of truckload and LTL rate structures.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with BI/reporting tools.
- Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience with ERP and Transportation Management Systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
