- Experience in inventory management, including hands-on tracking and reporting of tech or operational equipment.
- Strong communication skills to translate needs and relay updates across teams.

- Proactive mindset to identify gaps and implement solutions.
- Willingness to work hands-on with technology for extended periods.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with financial and material record management.
- Experience with asset management systems and IT hardware maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
- Experience with Windows and Mac/iOS OS installs and updates.
- Familiarity with U.S. Customs processes for equipment movement.
- Procurement or purchasing experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior exposure to LOGS systems or other logistics platforms.
- Military background or experience in a military-adjacent environment.
