About the Role
As a Logistics Support professional, you will perform manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties, coordinate physical distribution, manage inventory, and utilize computer systems for tracking and reporting. You will also be responsible for receiving and preparing materials for shipment, identifying delivery issues, and creating knowledge base articles to document procedures.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma and 5 years of experience, including one year in a logistics support role.
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline and two years of related experience.
- Experience with Record Keeping/Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
- Experience with FedEx or other delivery platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
