About the Role
As a Long Term Care Unit Manager, you will provide clinical support, guidance, and oversight for resident-centered nursing care, particularly in the memory care unit. You will lead a strong team focused on delivering top-quality care, ensure compliance, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Your responsibilities will include overseeing care plans, promoting a culture of respect and professionalism, and collaborating with community leaders to address concerns.
About You
Required:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia or a compact state, or BSN.
- At least three years of clinical experience in long-term care setting.
- At least three years of supervisory experience.
- Strong computer skills, experience with Electronic Health and Medical Systems, Microsoft and/or Google applications.
- Flu-Vaccinated
Preferred:
- COVID-19 Vaccinated.
