About You
Required:
- Energetic individual capable of completing a high volume of insurance inspections.
- Strong analytical, resourceful, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction.
- Self-disciplined and organized with the ability to manage an aggressive workload.
Preferred:
- VIITA Certification.
- Previous experience in construction, plumbing, electrical industries, life safety, firefighting, general contracting, or property management.
