- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in anti-fraud/anti-financial crime investigation or analysis in the financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of Regulation E and compliance in fraud and dispute handling.
- CFE, CAMS, SIE, or Series 7 certifications.
- Experience in chargeback processes and financial services industry practices.
