Allied Universal is seeking Loss Prevention Associates to join their team in Midtown, Manhattan. The role involves overseeing a supermarket chain and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

About the Role

As a Loss Prevention Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with the public, providing exceptional customer service, and preventing theft. Your duties will include monitoring the sales floor, conducting surveillance, and apprehending shoplifters in accordance with company policies. You will work full-time afternoon shifts and must be flexible with your availability from Monday to Sunday.

About You

Required:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public professionally.
Must successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen.

Preferred:

Previous law enforcement or military experience.
Prior retail loss prevention experience, especially undercover.
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
