About the Role
As a Lot Operations Specialist II, you will be responsible for instructing new drivers, managing the flow of vehicles, and communicating schedules to crew members. You will also shuttle employees, perform maintenance on transport vehicles, and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Additionally, you will lead the team by setting an example and enforcing company policies.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
Preferred:
- Any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline.
- 5 years' experience in a related discipline.
