About You
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution, graduating Spring 2026.
- Passionate about hands-on technical work and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to start full-time employment in June 2026.
- Willing to travel up to 80%.
- Legally authorized for employment in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive to customer sites.
- Physical ability to perform field work (climbing, lifting, working at heights with proper safety equipment).
- Ability to obtain and maintain electrical safety certifications.
- Experience or coursework in power systems and electrical distribution.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and practices.
- Interest in utility or industrial electrical systems.
- Basic understanding of control systems or automation.
- Previous internship or field experience in electrical engineering.
