About the Role
As the LOWA Marketing Director, you will develop and execute long-term and seasonal marketing strategies, collaborate with the global team to represent US market interests, and optimize the marketing mix. You will utilize AI tools for campaign development, conduct consumer and market analysis, and manage the overall US marketing budget. Your responsibilities will also include brand and product marketing, digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and ensuring adherence to global brand guidelines.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of direct marketing leadership experience in the outdoor industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration.
- Experience creating, implementing, and managing go-to-market strategies.
- Practical knowledge and experience with e-commerce digital platforms.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Visible and demonstrated leadership.
- Ability to contribute to high-level strategic conversations about current issues and new ideas.
