About the Role

As a Loyalty Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for direct communication with previous lease and loan customers, adhering to the dealership's loyalty process, and delivering a VIP experience to ensure repeat business. You will track guest contact, communicate outcomes with the management team, and utilize knowledge of customer vehicle ownership to provide end-of-term solutions. This role requires multitasking across various systems and continuous follow-up with retention customers.

About You

Required:

Minimum 1 year automotive retail experience.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in CDK CRM (Elead).
Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

Preferred:

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Adaptable to change.
