About the Role
As the LPN/RN Weekend House Supervisor, you will coordinate and manage clinical and administrative activities, ensuring the highest level of resident care in compliance with the Missouri Nurse Practice Act. Your responsibilities will include making rounds to nursing stations, completing administrative reports, assisting Charge Nurses with staff issues, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. You will also facilitate conflict resolution and maintain ethical standards in all interactions.
About You
Required:
- Current Missouri license to practice as a registered professional nurse.
- Two years of long-term care nursing experience, with one year in management/supervisor role.
- Strong interpersonal relations skills and the ability to relate to diverse personalities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
