About the Role
As an LPN or RN, you will perform professional nursing activities in the care of residents, delegate care delivery to nursing assistants, and assist in performance evaluations for CNAs and CMAs. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care and may be called upon to respond to emergency situations.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s degree in nursing for RN or Technical diploma in practical nursing for LPN.
- Wisconsin Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- Current BLS CPR certification required within 30 days of start date.
Preferred:
- Experience in restorative nursing, long-term care, psychiatric nursing, medical nursing, or geriatric nursing.
- Proven experience with medical terminology.
