Summary
Adoration Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Home Health PRN to join their team in Spring Hill, Tennessee. The role involves providing expert, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
About the Role
As a Home Health LPN, you will provide 1:1 care to clients, administer medications and treatments as per the care plan, document nursing actions and communicate with families and healthcare teams, coordinate supplies and medications, and ensure all patient needs are met according to physician instructions.
About You
Required:
- LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance.
- CPR professional certification.
Preferred:
- 1+ years of nursing experience.
- Home Health care experience.
