Adoration Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team in Gastonia, NC. The role involves providing expert, patient-centered care in a home health setting.
About the Role
As a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide 1:1 care for clients, administer medications and treatments as per the client's plan of care, document nursing actions and communicate with families and healthcare teams, coordinate supplies and medications, and ensure all patient needs are met according to physician instructions.
About You
Required:
- LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance.
- CPR professional certification.
Preferred:
- 1+ years of nursing experience.
- Home Health care experience.
