About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will perform nursing procedures for students, clients, and tenants according to agency policies. Your responsibilities will include administering medications under supervision, providing first-aid, participating in transdisciplinary meetings, and maintaining communication between various programs. You will also be involved in case management and the delivery of ancillary services, while adhering to agency policies and continuing professional development.
About You
Required:
- Current New Jersey license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Experience in working with people with multiple disabilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in case management and transdisciplinary processes.
- Knowledge of community health services and resources.
