About the Role
As an LPN with KARE, you will be responsible for administering treatments prescribed by physicians, making rounds to monitor residents, documenting changes in resident status, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also handle medication administration and ensure compliance with facility policies and state guidelines.
About You
Required:
- Valid LPN license.
- Ability to lift at least 51 lbs regularly.
- Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Preferred:
- Experience caring for residents with memory impairment.
