About the Role
As an LPN, you will be responsible for obtaining and documenting patient medical histories, vital signs, and preparing patients for examinations. You will provide direct clinical care, assist in minor surgical procedures, collect laboratory specimens, and administer medications and vaccines under the direction of a provider. The position requires maintaining a clean environment and ensuring continuity and quality of care.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification.
Preferred:
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Basic Life Support Certification.
