Summary
Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own home located in Troy, Illinois. The role involves providing skilled nursing care and support to patients in a home setting.
About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders, assess signs and symptoms indicating changes in the patient’s condition, and document nursing diagnoses based on collected data.
About You
Required:
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
Preferred:
- One year prior professional nursing experience.
