About the Role
As an LPN Ambulatory, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering top-quality care to a diverse patient population. Your responsibilities will include providing patient care activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse, collecting and documenting patient data, completing nursing assessments, implementing nursing care plans, observing patients for adverse reactions, performing routine laboratory tests, and educating patients and their families. The position requires working day/evening rotations and may include weekends based on clinic needs.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an approved school of practical nursing
- Current Ohio License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Preferred:
- One year of patient care experience
