About the Role
As an LPN Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering patient care, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth patient flow. Your daily tasks will include preparing patients for consultations, taking medical histories, scheduling appointments, and assisting providers in procedures. You will also manage staff schedules and provide coaching and support to team members.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of accredited LPN program (or equivalent) with current Ohio license.
- 1-year clinical experience in a medical/physician office setting.
- Current Ohio LPN license.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
Preferred:
- Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in physician practice and use of electronic medical records preferred.
- Working knowledge of OSHA guidelines and HIPAA regulations preferred.
