About the Role
As a Per Diem LPN, you will coordinate closely with RN Supervisors and RNs to deliver comprehensive nursing care. You will work weekdays from 8am to 4pm, with no weekends or on-call duties. The position includes training in end-of-life care and requires strong teamwork and communication skills.
About You
Required:
- Valid NYS LPN License
- Minimum 1 year LPN experience required
- Strong computer skills
- Organization and communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Preferred:
- Prior hospice/home care experience
