About the Role
As a Wellness Nurse, you will be responsible for accurately following the resident MAR to ensure medications are administered according to physician orders. You will utilize the eMAR system for medication management, communicate with clinical leadership regarding resident care, and supervise non-licensed team members. Your leadership will demonstrate the Bickford Mission of 'Whatever it Takes' to all team members.
About You
Required:
- Active license as a LPN or Registered Nurse in good standing.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
Preferred:
- Willingness to take additional training or education as required by specific states.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess effective communication skills.
