Summary
Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an LPN Float Pool to join their team in Grand Rapids, MN. The role involves providing high-quality direct routine care to residents under the supervision of an RN.
About the Role
As an LPN Float Pool member, you will have the flexibility to pick your own shifts at various locations based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management. This full-time or on-call position requires weekend availability. You will participate in the development and modification of resident Plans of Care, implementing interventions as delegated by RNs or physicians, and ensuring compliance with Minnesota BON standards and the facility's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement program. Travel to different facilities is expected.
About You
Required:
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse.
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.
