About the Role
As a Wellness Nurse, you will be responsible for accurately following the resident MAR for medication administration, understanding and utilizing the eMAR system, communicating with clinical leadership, and supervising non-licensed team members. You will embody the Bickford Mission of 'Whatever it Takes' in your daily interactions.
About You
Required:
- Active license as a LPN or Registered Nurse in good standing.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
Preferred:
- Willingness to take additional training or education as required by specific states.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate good judgment.
