About the Role
As an LPN, you will be responsible for administering medication, encouraging self-care, performing client treatments, preparing clinical notes, monitoring client conditions, and collaborating with the clinical team to improve care plans. You will also maintain productivity standards and participate in client care meetings.
About You
Required:
- Valid State LPN License
- Valid driver’s license and use of automobile due to travel requirements
- Ability to read and understand agency documents including Plan of Care and policies
- Proficiency in using a computer, laptop, or tablet
- Ability to think independently and recognize potential problems
Preferred:
- Experience in homecare nursing
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
- Strong customer service skills
