About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. You will take direction from the clinical team and work under the supervision of a registered nurse, following established care plans and clinical policies. Your role will also include maintaining a strong bond with families and ensuring high-quality care delivery.
About You
Required:
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with G-tube, trach, vent or willingness to train.
