About the Role
As an LPN, you will function under the supervision of the RN/charge nurse and Nursing Supervisor, coordinating resident care, leading the nursing unit, and ensuring thorough documentation in the EMR. Responsibilities include wound care, medication administration, and responding to changes in residents' conditions to prevent emergencies.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Active LPN license in the State of New York.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to observe and identify residents' needs and collaborate with the RN.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility.
- Experience with SigmaCare.
