About the Role
As an LPN or Medical Assistant in the Pediatrics department, you will assist with screenings and treatments, monitor patient conditions, maintain medical supplies, and perform administrative duties. You will work part-time, covering shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm, including evenings and Saturdays.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from an approved Medical Assisting program or military training as a hospital Corpsman, Combat Medic, or Medical Service Technician.
- Completion of a clinical externship or extensive clinical experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
Preferred:
- Medical Assisting certification.
- Successful completion of a Cleveland Clinic externship.
- Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing for LPN applicants.
- Current Ohio License as a Licensed Practical Nurse for LPN applicants.
