Summary
Optum is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Private Duty Pediatrics in Neenah, WI. The role involves providing direct nursing care to acutely and chronically ill patients in their homes.
About the Role
As a Home and Community Based Services Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical services as prescribed by physicians, document patient visits, and coordinate care activities to ensure the highest quality of patient care. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and participate in care coordination processes.
About You
Required:
- Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
Preferred:
- Home care experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
