About the Role
As an LPN at Vitality Living, you will be responsible for administering or assisting residents with medications and treatments, collecting and transporting specimens for laboratory studies, and ensuring proper communication with physicians. You will also assist in developing and revising service plans while performing other duties as directed by the Wellness Director.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
- Maintain current professional license and CPR certification if currently an LPN/LVN.
- Maintain any other certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.
