About the Role
As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing oversight and supervision to LNA’s, communicating with health care team members, and participating in multidisciplinary meetings. You will perform routine physical/psychosocial assessments, manage medications, and ensure timely charting within policy guidelines. Strong time management, organization skills, and effective communication are fundamental to the role.
About You
Required:
- Vermont LPN licensure
- BLS certification (current/renewed every 2 years)
