About the Role
As an LPN at Stanly Manor, you will participate in assessing nursing care needs, document patient observations, assist RNs in developing care plans, and communicate changes in patient status. You will also implement care plans under supervision, organize your workload, and ensure quality patient care is delivered efficiently.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
- Current LPN license or temporary license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification as per policy guidelines.
Preferred:
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility.
- Additional certifications or training relevant to nursing care.
