As an LPN Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and supporting staff, screening prospective residents for admission, monitoring the quality of care, conducting health assessments, managing staffing schedules, addressing resident concerns, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires a commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
About You
Required:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current CT license.
- 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Proven experience in a nursing supervisory role, preferably in a residential care or long-term care setting.
- Valid CT Driver's License.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in residential care.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
