About You
Required:
- Currently licensed in the State of New York as a LPN (or pending license) - MUST be in good standing.
- High School Diploma or GED minimum.
- Demonstrable customer service skills and desire to be a part of a skilled nursing/rehab senior care community.
- Ability to observe, monitor, document, and report any change in resident status.
Preferred:
- Ability to work well with other staff including RNs, LPNs, CNAs as well as interdisciplinary teams.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work autonomously.
