About the Role
As an entry-level Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires, and battery testing. You will conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, utilize product and technical training, and ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same condition or better. Participation in manufacturer-sponsored training and continuous knowledge expansion for new technologies is also expected.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least eighteen years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Must have basic tools.
- Must pass pre-employment screening (background).
Preferred:
- Automotive technical school certifications.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Apprenticeship experience.
- Excellent prior work or school attendance.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
