About the Role

As an LVN/RN Charge Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of your licensure. Your responsibilities include observing, assessing, and reporting patient conditions, documenting in accordance with clinical policies, implementing care plans, administering medications, and supervising CNA staff to ensure high-quality clinical care.
